By downloading or using Wobbly Generative Art ("Wobbly") for iPhone, iPad & Mac, or Wobbly TV for Apple TV (together, "the Apps"), you agree to these terms. Wobbly and Wobbly TV are two separate apps with their own App Store listings and their own in-app purchases, both developed and published by Embay, LLC.
Use of either App is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, Apple's terms take precedence.
Wobbly+ is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that provides lifetime access to all features. Refunds are handled by Apple per their App Store refund policy. The purchase covers your entire family via Apple's Family Sharing.
Wobbly TV starts every first launch with a free 7-day trial that unlocks every scene, with no purchase, account, or credit card required. The trial start date is anchored to your Apple ID via iCloud Key-Value Storage, so it is not reset by deleting and reinstalling the App. After the trial, the Glow Worms scene remains free indefinitely.
Wobbly TV+ is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ($9.99 USD; actual price may vary by storefront) that unlocks every scene permanently. It is not a subscription and does not renew or charge you again. Refunds are handled by Apple per their App Store refund policy.
Both Apps include generative art animations derived from the Radiant project by Paul Bakaus, licensed under the MIT License. Wobbly TV's scenes are a Metal port of the same underlying shader work.
The Wobbly and Wobbly TV app UI, branding, and design are © 2026 Embay, LLC. Shader source code is © Paul Bakaus under the MIT License.
Wallpapers you create using Wobbly are yours. Generated content is produced in real time on your device and belongs to you. (Live wallpaper export is a Wobbly feature for iPhone; Wobbly TV does not export wallpapers.)
Some wobbles and scenes contain rapid visual effects, bright flashing, or strobing patterns. Users with photosensitive conditions should exercise caution. Wobbly provides per-wobble warnings where applicable.
Both Apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Performance varies by device. Liquid Glass visual effects in Wobbly require iOS 26 or later.
Wobbly requires iOS 16.0 or later and is available for iPhone and iPad (and Mac via Mac Catalyst). Wobbly TV requires tvOS 26.0 or later and is built on Metal 4 for real-time rendering.
Wobbly collects no user data of its own; there are no accounts to delete and no data-subject requests applicable. See the Wobbly Privacy Policy for details, including its use of a single non-personalized ad for free users.
Wobbly TV has no ads and no accounts, but does use limited, consent-gated, anonymous usage analytics and crash diagnostics (off by default in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland). See the Wobbly TV Privacy Policy for full details.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of either App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
